Terms of Sale.
What you are buying, what you may do with it, and what LifeForce owes you in return.
1. Who you are buying from
These terms apply to every purchase made on this site. They form the agreement between you and LifeForce for the sale of digital guides. Buying a guide means you accept them.
2. What you are buying
LifeForce sells digital guides delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped, and no physical product exists. Each guide is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you are charged once, and no recurring payment is set up.
The page for each guide states its format, its length in pages and its price before you buy. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and the amount charged is the amount shown.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's own hosted checkout page, not on this site. LifeForce never sees, receives or stores your card number, expiry date or security code.
Your order is confirmed only once Stripe confirms the payment. If Stripe declines or the payment does not complete, no order exists and nothing is charged.
4. Delivery and access
Delivery is immediate and digital. As soon as payment is confirmed you are returned to a confirmation page carrying a download link for the guide you bought. If email delivery is active on your order, the same link is also sent to the address you gave at checkout.
Each download link is personal to your order and expires seven days after purchase. It works only for the guide you bought. Download the file and keep your own copy before the link expires — once the file is on your device, it is yours to keep with no time limit.
If your link expires or fails before you have been able to download the file, contact us and we will issue a new one.
5. What you may do with a guide
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide for your own purposes. You may read it on your own devices and print a copy for your own use.
6. What you may not do
- Share, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the file, in whole or in part.
- Resell, rent, sublicense or bundle it into another product or service.
- Share your download link with anyone else.
- Remove or alter any notice of ownership contained in the file.
LifeForce retains ownership of the guides and of all intellectual property in them. Buying a guide transfers a right to use it, not the rights to the work itself.
7. What the guides are — and are not
The guides are general educational material about nutrition and training. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for consulting a physician, dietitian or other qualified professional. The numerical ranges they contain are practical starting points, not individual prescriptions.
If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant, or have any doubt about whether a change to your nutrition or training is appropriate for you, speak to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read.
8. Limitations
LifeForce provides the guides as they are, and does not promise any particular result. We take reasonable care to keep the site and the download system working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
9. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the time you bought. The date at the foot of this page shows when it was last updated.
11. Contact
For anything concerning an order, a download link or these terms, reply to the email that accompanied your purchase — order and delivery problems are answered first.
Applicable law
LifeForce operates from Canada and these terms are governed by Canadian law, without displacing any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live.
